Are you trying to get pregnant? Try this:
As you frustrated with trying to get pregnant? This is without question one of the most frustrating things that you’ll ever have to deal with, but the good news is that there is hope. But what can you do? By taking it one step at a time and not letting your self get too overwhelmed or stressed emotionally, there is an extremely good chance that you can and will get pregnant.
The first thing that you need to do is get a good idea of what you’re up against. That means that both the man and woman in the relationship should undergo fertility testing to see if there are any problems. If there are not any problems then it might just be an issue of timing and simple fertility drugs could help regulate ovulation. In fact, those drugs might not even be necessary if you have a good idea of the egg cycles timing. But what if there are problems?
One is more common problems is for are the men to have a low sperm count. Believe it or not, this is one of the easiest problems to overcome. Using a process called intrauterine insemination; the semen is converted to concentrated sperm, then put directly into the uterus. Because the sperm is cleaned of all of the seminal fluids, there is a very high chance of conception.
If there aren’t any fertility issues, then trying to get pregnant should happen even faster. How? You just need to be a little organized. The first thing is to figure out your egg cycle as completely as possible. While this may seem a little unromantic and tedious it will go a long way to helping to get pregnant, and is well worth the time and effort that it takes. The best time to attempt conception is within one day of an egg being released, which is why knowing the ovulation schedule is so important. It is also why fertility drugs that regulate the egg cycle work so well.
If that doesn’t work, the next step for those trying to get pregnant would be the previously mentioned intrauterine insemination. This is a quick 15-20 procedure that is 60-70% over 6 cycles, which are fantastic chances for those that cannot conceive naturally due to minor fertility issues. If both the man and woman have fertility issues then a more in depth procedure would be needed, such as in vitro fertilization.
In vitro fertilization (or IVF) is the last step in trying to get pregnant naturally, and while very effective in can be costly. Because of this, it is best to focus on one step at a time before trying something else to conceive. After all, one of the simpler methods could work perfectly fine, which means getting pregnant sooner finally not having to stress about trying anymore. Keep in mind, the pregnancy will be worth all of the stress and worrying, so keep trying and good luck.
